Can I return a product?
Regarding the kits : Yes. European regulations state that for a product purchased outside a store (online, by phone or by mail order) you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
Please note: Before making a return, make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used, and that you still have your receipt.
What will not be refundable is the value of the paper pattern and explanations, which is equal to the sale price of 15.00 if sold together with the Kit.
Concerning the paper patterns and explanations: under the law, they are not refundable, having already received the methods of execution and the paper patterns and being an intellectual work protected by copyright law.
Is there anything to pay to request a return?
Yes. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to our store.
What is the time period to be able to make a return?
The deadline for returns of a product is 14 days from receipt.
It is not possible to cancel an order being shipped.
Creativemamy sas reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent out of time, or kits that are not delivered in the same condition in which they were received. In the event that the package is returned without a receipt, the return will not be accepted.
All shipping costs are non-refundable, only the value of the kit will be refunded.
How can I make a return?
- Log in to My Account > My Orders > Return (under the order to be returned);
- From the drop-down menu, choose the item to be returned;
- Indicates the Reason for return;
- Click Add Item to Return, to add more products to return;
- Once completed, press Submit;
- Ship the fabrics to the following address: CreativeMamy – 119, Rue Notre Dame - 27130 119, Verneuil sur Avre – by inserting inside the package the receipt received upon delivery of the order
Can I decide to keep the item after requesting a return online?
No. Once the return procedure is started, it cannot be suspended.
Can I exchange or return any item?
Yes, as long as they are in the same condition as you received them, with all inner labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.
When will I receive the repayment amount?
You will receive the amount with the same payment method used at the time of purchase within about 10-14 days depending on the banking institution.
